| 3:15 pm |  Keynote SpeakerMatthew DelNero, Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau Matthew DelNero serves as the chief of the Wireline Competition Bureau at the FCC where he focuses on issues related to technology transition and the Open Internet. Matthew previously worked at the Washington, D.C. office of Covington & Burling LLP, where he was a partner in the Communications & Media and Privacy & Data Security practice groups. He is an active member of the Federal Communications Bar Association, for which he has served as co-chair of multiple committees in recent years. |

Jay Elliot was a senior member of the original Macintosh development team and helped Steve Jobs develop the original user interface inspired by Xerox PARC. Becoming Senior Vice President of Apple reporting directly to Steve, Jay ran all corporate operations including business planning, IT operations, facilities, and HR for Apple worldwide.
